Catering Manager Shop Direct - Aintree Innovation Centre, Bootle £24,000 Immediate start We have an opportunity for a Catering Manager to work at the Aintree Innovation Centre, Shop Direct, for Sodexo, a world leader in catering and facilities management services. The Catering Manager will be accountable for the delivery of a high standard of catering and retail services to 1100 clients, staff and visitors and provide them with fresh high quality meals, snacks and retails on a daily basis. The Catering Manager will be responsible for the day to day running of the catering unit, retail management and development of staff, financial budgets, menu planning, food hygiene, health and safety, training The successful Catering Manager will have strong man-management skills, previous experience working in a similar role, with a hands on approach, excellent communication skills, financially astute, be able to work under own initiative, flexible, a strong personality, computer literate, have a good knowledge of health and safety and the ability to react to the changing needs of our client.
