Job Description
- Part of Q Hotels Group Limited, Crewe Hall is a stunning Jacobean mansion in South Cheshire. The role of ReceptionShift Leader at Crewe Hall is crucial in ensuring that our Reception is providing the high quality of service expected by our discerning guests as well as ensuring control over cashiering and security functions of the department. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a passion for delivering high quality customer service alongside efficient and effective operational procedures and will be an excellent communicator.
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To support the Front Office Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the Front of House Department, incorporating Reception, Front of House Porters and the Night's team.
- To supervise Reception Operations and procedures whilst on duty handling any issues which may arise appropriately.
- To ensure that all guests and visitors to the Hotel receive a warm welcome and a lasting first impression of the hotel.
- To ensure that all guests are checked in and out of the Hotel using a computerised system, quickly and efficiently in line with standard operating procedures.
- To support the Reception Manager in coaching and training the Front Office team to ensure standards are maintained at all times.

1 Rosette Brasserie which is the main Hotel Restaurant
2 Rosette fine dining restaurant - The Ranulph Room (open on weekends only)
