About this role
Build, develop and motivate a catering team through outstanding leadership, inspiring individuals to maximise their performance while dealing honestly with poor performanceAs part of the management team, communicate to Partners the direction, goals and targets for the branch and ensure all members of your team understand their role in achieving them
•Delegate authority and responsibility to the lowest possible level
•Recognise, celebrate and reward individual and team successes
•Generate a learning, coaching and feedback culture within team, ensuring absolute honesty and fairness
•Provide opportunities for learning and training to foster the development of high performance and deal constructively with poor performance
