Overview

This qualification has been specifically designed for managers and supervisors in the catering and hospitality industry. It incorporates CookSafe - a Food Safety Assurance System recommended by the Environmental Health officers. The qualification is an equivalent to level 3 HACCP awards in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
