Senior resort operator - Travel

Once holidaymakers reach their destination, they expect you to make sure everything (even the weather!) comes up to their expectations.

As a Senior Resort Operator you manage resort operations and are responsible for management, training and motivation of resort staff and will ensure excellent communication through the team, making them proactive and effective.

Organising the staff duties and rotas, you will ensure transfers, welcome meetings and evening entertainment are conducted to a given level and standard, ensuring your team have sufficient local knowledge to advise them on the local area and answer any questions. You will maintain a high profile within the resort and have regular positive contact with the resort guests and will also be responsible for sorting any issues, problems or emergencies that your team require your assistance on.
Complaints should be acted on quickly.

You will have a number of management and administrative tasks to carry out, such as weekly accounts and reports, dealing with local suppliers, and regular team meetings.
