UKSP was developed by People 1st – the sector skills council for hospitality, leisure, travel and tourism.
People 1st is working to transform skills across the industry – particularly in the areas of management and leadership, customer service and craft skills. We are committed to ensuring that public funds support the industry to develop only those qualifications and programmes that meet employers’ needs.
All the information on UKSP has been developed through our intensive consultation and collaboration with employers and training providers across the hospitality, leisure, travel and tourism industry.
